Items will be shipped either by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority/First Class Mail, at our discretion. All items will be shipped with a tracking number for proof of delivery and Signature Confirmation if necessary. Flat rate shipping is for lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii or any APO/FPO/Military please contact for shipping charges before offerding. Unless otherwise stated in listing details, we will not ship directly outside of the United States. Items shipped to forwarding services will not be declared at a lower price than sold.
