We sell open box customer return and shelf pulls. All items are tested for basic functionality. We deal with different kind of items every day and it is impossible to know every detail and what is included. We do our best to describe what we see accurately, but sometimes we may miss things. Pictures are for exact item and you will get everything that is shown. If you receive the item and it isn’t as describe or it doesn’t work, we offer 30 days hassle free returns.

Please see pictures, we take detailed pictures, and everything that is included, if you are not sure if something is included please ask don’t assume it is or it isn’t.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, no worries we offer 30 days return no questions asked, (except items marked “for parts or not working”). Please request return and it will be approved automatically, and prepaid label will be available for you to print, as soon as we receive the item we will issue a full refund within 24hours.

Shipping:

We use USPS and FEDEX, anything under 1lb we use USPS First class mail anything over 1lb either USPS priority mail or FedEx, whichever is cheaper.

NO INTERNATINAL SHIPPING:

If for any reason you decide to use 3rd party shipping company for international shipping, please note we do not take any responsibility for damaged or not working items for any reason, you will be buying at your own risk, we will only take it back if you pay for return shipping.
