Wonderful HERTER\'S carved and painted wood OWL DECOY, c.1930. (Unmarked but attributed to HERTER\'S Waseca, MN). Owl measures 20\" tall. Found on old (period) concrete stand with impressed star motif. Measures 27\" tall on stand. Carved wood owl with glass eyes and what I am assuming is a bone beak. VGC.
