For buyers winning two or more of my sales on the same day, I will combine and discount shipping. International buyers will need to wait for my invoice before making payment to allow me to confirm the shipping price after packing the item. International shipping will be by USPS First Class International. The shipping calculator price is based on an estimated weight for the packeditem and I will not have the correct shipping price for theinvoiceuntil I pack and weigh the item. There is a $3.00 handling charge to cover the cost of preparing customs paperworkextra details required for international buyers--Please read the following carefully: Import duties, taxes, and additional customs charges are not included in the sale item price or shipping charges.Payment of thesecharges is the responsibility of the buyer. You may check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be before you offer so that you know what to expect when the item is delivered to you. The import fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse these fees for additional shipping charges. I will not mark merchandise values below the sale price value or describe the item as a "Gift" on the customs forms. Doing so is a violation of U.S. and international government regulations. Also understand that shipping times to destinations outside the USmay be slow with the speed being determined by the clearing of customs and other bureaucratic hurdles. I have had packages shipped to Canada spend a week at the border before moving on to their destination. International shipping times have ranged from 2 to 5 weeks from the ship date.I really appreciate your response.
