The Sencore Mighty Mite tube testers seldom change in calibration through its normal life. With the calibration module described below, you will not only be able to recalibrate you tester, but periodically check its calibration and ensure yourself of top performance. The module is constructed from an octal plug that is inserted into socket number one on the Mighty Mite.

I Built these calibration modules toSencore specifications using 1% tolerance resistors.This will bring your testers into 1% accuracy for emissions and leaksprovided all other resistors and caps are within spec. Comes with one calibration module and a simple to follow one page calibration guide. It\'s easy and the process should take about 15 minutes to calibrate your Sencore tester. No special tools are required.

Caution:When calibrating your Sencore, there will beHIGH VOLTAGEpresent so please proceed with caution.Because of the sensitive nature of the grid leak circuit, many contact cleaners, because of the silicon in them that conducts electricity, can cause grid leak readings that will be almost impossible to fix. If you feel your switches need to be cleaned, using a high quality contact cleaner like DeOxitsparinglywill help avoid this problem.

The Sencore tube testers are a must have in any tube enthusiast\'s arsenal because of their ability to test for shorts and leaks up to 100 megohm. This will find troubled tubes that most testers can\'t.
