You are buying a used Case/IH Case IH International 3220 tractor. This is a nice 50HP heavy tractor perfect for Bush Hogging Cutting Hay or other utility tractor jobs. This tractor has low hours 2198 and has just been fully serviced with OEM Case / IH fluids and filters. This tractor needs nothing to be ready to go to the field. Tractor was originally used to pull wagons in an orchard so it was not used hard at all. Steering is nice and tight as we replaced the tie rods on this tractor as this is a common wear item. The hitch has new CORRECT lift links and check chains as it came from the factory so the hitch will work correctly. All the lights work as you can see in the picture. Tractor has a 3 cylinder diesel engine that will run along time with proper service. This tractor has the 8F / 8R shuttle shift transmission so it would also make a great loader tractor if you want to add a loader to it. These are very low hours for this tractor. Tractor has a new seat and new knobs for the hitch controls have been ordered and will be on the tractor when you pick it up. Rear tires are 16.9 X 24 at about 50% tread. Lots of rubber here perfect for Bush Hogging. Front tires are Backhoe Type 8 Ply 11L X15 at about 70%. Tractor has a differential lock, 2 remote valves, Category 2 Hitch with adjustable lower links, Also has underslung exhaust system so the pipe will not get caught in the trees when bush hogging.The only issues we are aware of are cosmetic as the rear fenders are pretty beat up as you can see in the pictures and there is rust in the rear fenders as well. As with any tractor this age there is also fading of the red paint. This is purely a cosmetic issue and for a Bush Hog tractor this really makes no difference. We have adjusted the price accordingly due to the issues with the fenders. Online Dealers are asking $11,000 to $14,000 for these tractors so this tractor is priced right and fairly. You will not find a nicer 50 HP 2WD utility tractor at this price. WE have had this tractor in our shop and there are no oil leaks or drips that we have seen so far. Used tractors and equipment are just that used....None of the equipment we sell we have owned from new so we do not know the history. We will tell you everything we know about it good or bad and describe it as accurately as possible. A used 20 year old $3,000 tractor will not operate like a $30,000 new tractor IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN and if those are your expectations you need to go to the dealer and pay a new price. Most used equipment has minor leaks or drips this is a fact of life. If there are major leaks we will tell you....If it drips 2 drops in your garage after you get it home we don\'t need to know that. If the fan belt breaks after you get it home fix it....I think you get the idea. If we have doubts about the hours shown we will state that. Hourmeters get replaced and what happens before we get the equipment is out of our control.
Our payment terms are NON NEGOTIABLE once the sale is over. Prior to the end of the sale if you have questions let us know we will work with you. offerding is a contact we take very seriously. Buyers are expected to pay promptly as specified for their equipment. All items must be paid in full within 7 days there are NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 deposit by Paypal or other means is required within 48 hours with the balance due on pickup or 7 days whichever comes sooner. If you are paying with a cashier\'s check we ask you to fax a copy of the check to us for verification prior to your arrival. Because there can be issues with cashiers checks we WILL CALL THE BANK the check is drawn on and verify the check. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have questions about the source of your funds DO*NOT*offer until those issues are resolved. If you need your banker\'s, wife\'s or whoever\'s permission get it BEFORE you offer. Non paying buyers cost time and money. Negative response will be left for buyers who fail to pay for their purchases.
Shipping - Once items are paid for we will store them at no charge for 1 month. Items left for storage are at the buyers risk. If a storm comes thru and something happens we will not be responsible for that. Ownership of items not picked up within 30 days will revert to the seller and will be resold with the buyer getting none of the proceeds of the sale. We are reasonable to work with but simply cannot be an indefinite storage lot. Items shipped by truck- We will be happy to quote shipping and make arrangements to have your items shipped. Shipping damage needs to be resolved between the buyer and the shipping company. We will assist but ultimately the contact is between the buyer and shipper.
