What you are offerding on is a 1968 Caterpillar 922B Wheel Loader Serial Number 88J1004. I have been with this loader for the past 16 years and it has been maintained on a scheduled maintance program for 13 of those 16 years .I have used the loader for the past year to move firewood and snow. It was used in a sewer plant prior to that,it did very light labor mostly to move a few loads of debri a week to a dumpster. The loader is much to large for my use and i'm looking to sell it, to move into a small backhoe. The tires are about 2 years old, with use ondirt and gravel, lots of healthy tread left and only a few scars, the hydraulics work fine, the loader has a few small oil leaks, as you can see in the pictures it does have a cab but, the left side door is missing. In the pictures I did remove the muffler and the rear cover to get some engine photos, that and the muffler have beenreinstalled .It does have some of the cover plates missing, since i've known the machine it has never had them, all of the glass is in the cab but, each panel has some form of crack. The brakes do leak a little and do need a little work. Also driving down the road at high speed the steering has play, in the yard you really don't notice it to much.The batteries are approximately 6 months old and the seat has seen its better day, the frame is fine i've just stuck a patio cushion on it. I do not ship , this is local pick-up only. I will be more than willing to work with a shipping company if they are co operative ! When the loader sells the winning buyer must have $1000.00 into my paypal account within 24 hour after the sale ends ,not meeting this requirement will cancel out the agreement we have and it will be offered to the next highest buyer !! The remainder is do within 1 weeks time, paypal is my preferedpayment method also, the loader will not leave the property until, all funds have cleared, then it will be released to shipper or purchaser plan accordingly.
