There are some areas of scuffs, scratches, and marks on the cabinet and chassis, but the front panel is extremely clean! The tubes have been removed from the radio and will be shipped separately via USPS for their protection. We are also including the AC power cord and a copy of the manual and schematics.This item has been tested by our technician, a ham radio operator of more than 55 years.
