BEST BUY SURPLUS: We accept PayPal only. Payments must be sent to my PayPal account and please make sure you have a valid PayPal account before the sale ends. We\'ll ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. We will only ship Monday through Friday and we aren\'t open on the weekends so if the sale ends on a Saturday or Sunday we will ship that next Monday. We are a store and our hour runs tentatively from 10am-5pm so after that we won\'t be able to get back to you till the following business day. Serious buyers only, please. Orders will be cancelled and an unpaid item dispute filed if payment is not received within 3 days of purchase. SHIPPING: Product ships directly from Washington State via UPS Ground which is 1-7 days from the time that we ship it and it is picked up for delivery from the carrier. All items will be shipped to buyer\'s address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in matches the address you would like us to ship to. RETURNS: We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can but we are currently not doing returns on any of our items that we are selling. WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE: We currently do not offer any warranties or maintenance as we are a surplus store, and most of these items are surplus that we might not see again for months or even longer.
