1948 Coca Cola AM radio. This is an original and NOT the repro. This Radio is 68 year old .....Radio powers up with tubes & WORKS, It takes a little more than a minute for the tubes to heat up. This RADIO is in goodCondition. I does hAVE blemishes in the paint and normal wear for something this old. No Cracks or Repairs to the body.The Bakelite case is completely intack with no cracks. . The front embossed lettering is in perfect shape.The ORIGINAL BACK PANEL is Like New in Near Perfect Condition .The cord is in good condition & works. The base is made of wood with a part label of the schematics of the unit.. 56TD based design like the Addison 21 chassis, then sold as a point of sale advertisement, to Coke dealers in 1949 for display. These were distributed by Point of Purchase Displays and never sold to the general public just to prime Coca Cola retailers. Very limited production. Somewhat Rare in EXCELLENT CONDITION . Measurements are 12 inches wide, 8 inches in depth and 10 inches Tall .......I will double pack it and insure for amount paid.
