(120 g) up to 1.4 lb. per batch, allowing you the flexibility of custom roasting a sample or pound at a time. When first purchased the machine had a glass exterior around the hopper. That has since been replaced with stainless steel which holds the heat better and is unbreakable. This roaster is setup to use with propane.
