Also note that it has individual controls for the 3 electric motors, as well as a digital temperature selector, so you may roast at your desire temperature. The motors are as follow: Roasting drum motor, Cooling tray stir flex motor, and air vent motor. This roaster is also equipped with a emergency push button.
