This very rare reproducer was made specifically for Columbia coin-operated Graphophones, types BS, AS, and late-model N. Unlike the standard 'Eagle' reproducer, it has a small set-screw on the collar to attach it firmly to the lift mechanism. This prevents the reproducer from being thrown off when the carriage abruptly returns to the beginning by means of a powerful spring. (This was not necessary on machines made for home use since they were manually reset for each record.)This reproducer is in overall excellent condition. There is one small dent on the top, as shown in the photos. It was professionally rebuilt in December by Wyatt's Musical Americana, with new diaphragm, new sapphire stylus, and new gaskets. It's ready to mount on your coin-op Graphophone. If you have a BS, AS, or N without this screw-clamped reproducer, your machine is not really complete! Here's a very rare opportunity to restore your treasured coin-op.California residents must add 9% sales tax.
