Conn 16M Tenor Sax, Serial Number 807012 places its manufacture date somewhere between 1959 and 1960, one of the last to be made in the USA for that era. Comes with the original case, new Yamaha 4C mouthpiece and Goldentone 3 mouthpiece (the mouthpiece that came with the sax when I first purchased it), cleaning kit, and neck strap. Also included are a box of 4 RICO Plasticover sz 2 reeds and a box of 8 RICO Tenor Sax sz 2 1/2 reeds (orange box).The saxophone is used, there are some dents on the bottom of the bell (pictured), but nothing that will affect playing. The lacquer is worn in some areas, but overall condition is good for a sax of this age. I have not replaced any pads or felts.This is a great sax for any tenor player.
