Description You are offerding on a head for a 12\" GI Joe figure. This item came in a collection that I purchased so I don\'t know much about it. It appears to be from Cotswold\'s Elite Brigade line. On the back of the head it says COTSWOLD CHINA.\" The odd thing about this is that the facial features are unpainted. It may possibly be a prototype, but that is just a guess. It\'s an interesting piece.
