Crosley Trirdyn Special Type No. 1122 Early Farm Battery Tube Radio Wood 3-R-3 1924 3R3 You are offerding on a vintage Crosley Trirdyn Special Type No. 1122 wood battery tube radio. The tag on the inside of the lid says CROSLEY TRIRDYN SPECIAL TYPE No. 1122. The tag inside reads Regenerative Receiver Crosley Trirdyn 3-R-3 serial number 61127 D The Crosley Radio Corporation. All tubes are missing from the chassis & all but one knob is missing. This radio had been really neglected & abused the cabinet has lots of issues as can be seen in the photos, finish/paint loss, scratches, mice have chewed in places & some of the veneer is missing & or coming loose. It is also dirty but the hinges look ok & all 4 feet are present. My radio book does not list the number 1122 but says the Trirdyn 3R3 Special was made in 1924. Hopefully someone can bring this back to life or simply use it for part. .I have shown some photos so you can get an idea of its condition & I have tried to describe this as best I can but don\'t hesitate to ask questions & I will get back to you. The radio will be packed & ready to ship so it is not always possible to check for specifics. This is a very collectable radio so add it to your collection. This radio is not perfect but with a little(or a lot) of work could be a great looking collectible radio.
