I can not locate this item anywhere for sale or online to gain any knowledge about it. Not sure if its a railroad or traffic signal. It has 4 arms each holds a single individual light. Light is in a box which can be opened and is secured with wing nuts. Each light is adjustable. Each light box measures approx. 13 1/2\" in diameter and each lens measures 11 1/2 \" in diameter. It has a top mount hanger. All parts have model #s and seem to be authentic. Overall dimensions are approx. 25\" high x 30\" in diameter. Local pick up is preferred. I am in Lawrence NY but will ship in the U.S. Please contact me with your address for a shipping quote.
