The gentleman from \"Old Town\" that built this one has since passed away. There was over a two year wait to receive this one and the cost was over $10,000.00. The s/n is \"409071\" and the Manufactures Statement of Origin is Dated 16,August,1993. The year of the Canoe is 1994. It has been stored always in a heated building. It was used four or five times. For the last few years it was displayed as you see it. This is from an Estate sale. If you have more questions please ask. This is a true piece of Art. Visit the \"Old Town\" website and you can see how they are built. The ropes and pulleys come with the canoe for displaying or storing. Either way you can use the rope/pulley system, as it gets it up off the floor and protects it. For shipping the best way would be to come and pick it up. However we do have an account with the big trucking companies. This rate will vary depending on your location. I have to put a number in for to list the item so if you are the successful buyer please wait for an invoice before paying. If you want to pay for it and pick it up at a later date that is okay also.
