Custom-built screen printing machine used to print on pens/markers.
See range of photos to get a closer look at various parts. This machine is heavy and large- measuring around 8 feet long x 67 inches tall x 32 inches wide. It has a wooden shelf attached to the top.
It was assembled from scratch using misc. parts & gears, likely around the 1970s and has been well-used since then. (See collage photo of various part labels..)
Pens must be hand-fed: the automatic advance tray is not currently functional. (A few can be loaded at a time- the middle part does have some spaces that will advance on their own- just the full left side advancing tray does not currently work.)The commercial heat guns for drying still work, and have both cold and hot settings. The hot setting isn\'t used with this machine for its current purpose, as the air gets so hot it can potentially melt the pens. The entire metal shaft holding the heat guns can be lifted off.See photos of 220 volt power plug- it will need a converter in order to fit a standard outlet. Also available if you\'d like them are over 100 aluminum screens for the machine- each measures about 6 x 6 x 3/4”. Mesh screens will all be removed.
It could be disassembled and used for parts or customizedfor your needs.
Local pickup is our only “shipping” option. It is located in Nashville, TN.
