You are offerding on a Daikin DX11SA1203 10-Ton 11-SEER 208/230V 3-Ph Commercial Split System R410A A/C Unit, Model: DX11SA1203(AA). This is a new A/C unit that was damaged during shipping. The damage is only cosmetic and this unit is guaranteed to work perfectlyonce installed.The left side of the casing has dents on each corner,more noticeably on the rear corner, and the casing (grill) was pushed in a bit. The dent on the rear corner caused the casing (grill) on the rear of the unit to bow in. The right side of the unit also has a small dent on the front corner of the casing and the top rear edge of the top panel is also dented in a bit. These dents caused the casing (grill) to bend in a bit in a couple places. All of these dings and dents caused the coilfins behind them to bend. The actual coil is alright and still holds a full charge. These dings and dents in the casing can probably be straightened out to make the unit look a lot better, seeing how the metal casing is very thin and malleable and they make a tool to straighten out the bent fins on the coil. This unit comes exactly as shown in original box with manual. There is no air handler included. This sale is only for the condenser.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays for freight shipping of this item. Buyer must arrange their own freight shipment. This item will be shipped from JM & Associates, 86 Benson Rd, Middlebury CT 06762, business with a dock. This will be shipped on a pallet 48 x 40 x 48. It Weighs 390 lbs on pallet. You can use the freight carrier of your choosing or we recommend calling Bryant at Casestack.com 1-818-518-2334, Dave at Unlimited Logistics 888-851-8782 ext. 212. 1906. This item can also be picked up locally at our warehouse if you live near Connecticut. Any item being sent freight at a value over $2000 must be fully insured by the customer with their freight shipper. Any shipping damage that occurs to an uninsured freight item is not our responsibility. If you are arranging shipment for this item, please get the optional freight insurance if your item is valued over $2000. It is a minimal cost and will insure your item against any freight damage.
