HAND FORGED DAMASCUS GUARD & BUT CAPA WORK OF ART !This stunning and unique Damascus Dagger knife was designed and custom made by Maker. There is no other knife like this, it was custom made only for you. Knife is not only stunning in looks but it is also rock solid because of robust construction with its 5 mm thick blade. Beautiful Damascus blade of the knife is the result of hours and hours of forging. Not many custom makers can keep such pattern of layers upon layers flowing all the way to the edge of the blade, which creates a saw-blade effect at microscopic level, allowing the blade to keep cutting while other blades have dulled. Maker hand forged the blade of this knife with 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel true layers (512). Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Rockwell hardness of the blade along its edge is 57 and along the spine is 42-45. 5 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both side with top side left with a false edge. Spine of the blade has beautiful file work. Overall length of this unique knife is whopping 12.0\" and the length of the blade is 7.0\". Superb handle is an incredible work of art. It is made of most beautiful looking Camel Bone With slices of Wood with brass spacers. Knife is complimented hand Forged Damascus guard and but cap.
This knife is complete with a topquality extra thick leathersheath. The leather sheath is totally hand tooled and sewn. Extra thick leather and strong stitchingmake this sheath robust which can withstand years of rough and tough use.
