Dentron Clipperton-L Amp.

This is a Dentron Clipperton-L Amp. I tested this amp and found it to be working well I only have a 500 watt slug for my Bird 43 and was easily able to peg the meter when driving the amp with my Yaesu FT 897 at 75 watts out I backed down the drive to 50 watts just to make sure I didn’t burn up my slug and was easily able to get 500 + out of this amp. It has 4 good Ctron tubes that appear to be in good condition. Physically the case has some scratches but no major dents or dings and all the controls and switches work free and smooth and it is wired for 110. This amp is for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY and is located at my shop in Bradenton, Fl easily accessible from I75. Because of the hassle in finding heavy enough shipping containers and packing for large amps and the possibilities of amps getting into the wrong hands I will no longer ship large amps such as this one also the winning buyer will have to provide proof of holding a valid amateur radio license before I will release this amp so if you don’t have a license don’t offer on this amp because you will not get it!!!! this unit is sold AS IS.
