When your return item is received, it will be compared with picturestaken prior to shipping to make sure your claim is justified. You are requiredto return-ship the item with a tracking number within 2 shipping days ofcontacting us (shipping days are all days except Sundays and postal holidays)via the same shipping method the item was sent to you (if sent UPS, you need toreturn it via UPS); the tracking number must be provided once you have sent theitem; the item does not have to arrive here within 2 days, only the trackingnumber has to be emailed to us within those 2 days. Items sent back withoutnotification or a shipping number will not be acknowledged. Items sent backpast the two shipping days will not be acknowledged. Also, if you send backan item that is not covered by our return policy unless authorized to do so,you will not receive a refund.
