1) If you offer on something and have made a mistake, Please retract your offer asap (if you don\'t know how to, please use Help as there is a step by step help guide on to do this!!). Please Don\'t Rely On Me to Cancel offers as if I am not online, I can\'t cancel it. Allowing an Unwanted offer to win will lead to an unpaid dispute being opened in due course. Also if you ask to cancel a winning offer, this will be refer to in the response left as a Cancel Sale is a Lost Sale to me and means I have to reclaim my fees (as charge for every sale, paid or NOT). Please offer to Buy not to Cancel.
2) I am a UK Based er. Please pay by PAYPAL. Cheques and postal orders are accepted but must be British Pound Sterling. No foreign currency cheques etc. will be accepted nor any Bank Transfers. The address for posting can be found when you check out after winning any item(s) (if you can\'t find it, please ask) Please don\'t request invoices in your local currency as i only deal in UK £ nor send any foreign currency payments out as they will not be accepted.
3) If you want currency conversion of the UK £ prices of my listings (and they are not shown by ), please use Google where any currency amount can be converted into your desired currency amount e.g. UK £ to US dollars. Therefore you can assess how much any listing or shipping is before offerding to ensure you offer to your desired amount
4) Please pay in a reasonable time. If there is no payment or contact, a reminder invoice will be sent 2-3 days after last sale and Payment dispute will be opened by 4 days. Not paying after another 4 days from dispute being opened will see the dispute closed, your id blocked from my listings, a report made to and response left to indicate lack of payment. Quick payment means a quicker dispatch.
5)Standard Shipping is Fixed for this item and if you win two or more items from me, you will still pay the Same Standard Shipping for this item as stated. Only premuim services see a reduction when items are combined i.e. free 2nd class UK mail stays the same as does the standard airmail price. However there would be a reduction in the UK Special Delivery Premuim Combined price as well as the Premuim Tracked Airmail price as two items in one parcel don\'t get charged twice for the premuim element only the weight.
6)Items are not Boxed Up for Dispatch (they are bubblewrapped and brownpapered with card protection) Unless the Listing States they will be Boxed Up when dispatched, a buyer wins several items off me and I declare the order will be boxed up or you ask for a revised invoice for item(s) to be boxed up and you pay more shipping for this (higher shipping is required as a box adds weight which adds to the actual postage and wrapping a box parcel messes with our normal dispatch method and thus costs more for this reason too). The free/standard postage charges quoted are for Non-Boxed Parcels (except when otherwised declared). Please don\'t send messages demanding a Box Packet when after paying the standard charge as I will delay dispatch till we resolve this problem (either by an extra payment made by the buyer or sending the item in the standard bubblewrapped way). Please Note that all Box Items e.g. a Lego Set will be sent as advertised, wrapped in bubblewrap etc and not taken out of the box (I declare this to ensure there is no misunderstanding of what is sent out to buyers).
7)If you want Tracked Express Mail, please pay for the services offered for this in the Invoice/Checking Out. Tracked Mail is a Premuim Postage Service and costs more. The Free UK postage/cheaper airmail options are for UK 2nd class and Standard Untracked Airmail. Proof of Posting is always obtained. I reserve the right to upgrade the buyer\'s paid shipping method to ensure safe delivery and protect against lost mail claims. I do not upgrade Shipping just to ensure delivery when an item is going to an destination where postal losses can be more common unless it is in my interests to do so. Please don\'t ask for a tracking number when you have paid for a non tracked mail service. I can only provide a tracking number when the postal service used has tracking.
8)I post to most places in the world, If your place is not listed for shipping, it will be charged the shipping rates for France if within Europe (this includes Russia, most of the other former Soviet republics and Turkey) and the shipping rates for the USA if in the rest of the world outside Europe. Please check carefully the Post and Payment Section (or whatever your calls this section) of the Listing as most nations are listed clearly with a Shipping charge stated.
9)I dispatch items the same day (MON to FRI only bar Bank Holidays) when payment is made by 11am UK time (cleared payments only, cheques not counted). Otherwise items are posted by the next day. Therefore if you won an item and paid for it next day at 8am UK time, it would get dispatch the same day. If you made the payment at 2pm UK time then it might be sent the same day but would go next day at the latest. I do dispatch at weekends when possible (Saturday and Sunday) but due to limited opening hours of Post Offices, I can not offer certainly in this.
10)If your item does not get delivered quickly, please be aware that the postage system is not perfect (and I don\'t run it) and both inland and overseas mail services can experience delays. Examples of delay factors include weather delays, Strikes by Postal Staff, New Working Practices by the Mail Compnies, Custom and Security Checks on airmail, shutdowns of Postal Services for Public Holidays and busy periods (such as Christmas). Please alert me if there is no delivery after 15 Business days (UK), 21 days (European Airmail) and 25 Business days (Rest of the World*) as at this point, a dispatched item can be considered lost and resolution to an undelivered item(s) can be made. No resolution to non delivery will be made before these days as this is what the mail service has as its time for delivery and I adhere to this (And I can\'t claim for the lost parcel till these 15, 21 or 25* days periods have passed). If ever an item is delayed in delivery, please always get in touch with your local postal service delivery office in case they are holding it (and left no delivery card). If after the 15/21/25 days*, there is still No Delivery of your parcel, I will be happy to resolve.
* Please note some countries have delivery expectations (quoted by ) that exceed the 25 days. In this situation I will alert you of this upon dispatch to allow the extra time before a claim can be made for non delivery.
11)Please don\'t open /PAYPAL claims for non delivery (and other problems) without contact beforehand. If a claim is opened without prior chance to alert me of your problem, this action will be recorded in the response left. Opening claims without warning is not Good ship, damages my Rating and is not needed as I always have good communications and will resolve problems after the 15/21/25/Extended Delivery Expectations days period (or any other problem not to do with non delivery e.g. damaged item). Claims were originally meant for use by buyers when sellers did not heed them when there was a problem not as the normal course of action when there is a problem.
