UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs. Noexceptions. Please supply a physical address for delivery.Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories are subject to increased costs. All items over $250 must be shipped with Signature Delivery Confirmation.
All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped via First Class, Priority or Media Mail Services, each withDelivery Confirmation.Delivery timeis 3-10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:We do not offer both UPS and USPS services for every sale. Check the shipping and handling tab provided by for details. We ship Monday through Saturday. Items with payment received on Saturday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. SHIPPING DAMAGE
WE DO NOT REFUND OUT OF POCKET FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the appropriate carrier for you to receive compensation. You should keep all of the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim. The original shipping charge is not included in the insured amount, only the merchandise value can be claimed.
IN-STORE PICKUP
There is no charge to pick up your item locally. We accept cash or credit card payments only. Please bring a valid ID for confirmation and your item number for quick service. Illinois residents will be required to pay Illinois sales tax upon pickup.
