VINTAGEearly 1960sJAEGER LeCOULTRE ATMOS CLOCK. This clocks serial number is 110,068 indicating an early 60s model. It is not working and it is being sold AS ISWITH NO REFUNDS. The clock, case & booklest in the photo is the actual clock of the sale. The suspension spring is intact and the pendulum rotates and the impulse jewel will advanceescape. I can only guess that the bellows are bad. There are no signs that the clock has ever suffered a tramatic shock, Iseenno errant screwdrive scratches by an amateur, itlooks complete but because I am not a clock repairman I cannot really make an diagnosis. The gilt finish on the frame is very good including the varnish which is mostly intact. The color is true to the photos below. The paper covered, felt lined box is actually solid wood, with swinging doors. Except for the loose upper leftinner trim piece, it is very solid. The doors hinges are tight with no side play, they line up well. There are some light scuff marks on the outer paper covering and some light staining but nothing is dramatic. The 16page owners booklet is complete andis in French, it has a larger colored fold outparts illustration. The fold out quick reference sheet is in four languanges including English. The clock fits snuggly and the clock will be double boxed with foam for safety.NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping weight will be 12 pounds.
