Shipping usually is USPS Parcel or Priority & will occur within five business days of receiving payment. Almost all items sold by us are vintage and sold \"as is\". However, we do realize that condition issues can be accidentally overlooked by us or not described. If you have a concern about a item, please contact us before , as involving them is alot like inviting a elephant into a antique shop. In those instances where we feel a refund is warranted, buyer pays for return shipping.
All buyers should inspect the property thoroughly by looking at all photographs to determine item condition. If the buyer is unable to view an item to their satisfaction, they are responsible for obtaining a condition report from me, or request additional photographs prior to offerding, to determine condition, size, etc. I endeavor to be very fairdescribing an items condition, howeverbuyers should be aware that antique or vintage items often showsigns of wear, which may be overlooked by me. This is why I often take more pictures then necessary, so you havethe information on hand to make your own determination on visual condition. Heartwine_Sales, also has the right to reject any condition report or additional picture requests, if in my opinion, the value of the item for sale is not commensurate with the time necessary to complete such requests.
