The Ebb & Gro (comes with 12 planters and is expandable to 48+) is the most versatile ebb & flow system on the market. With many growers going from large numbers of small plants to fewer, larger ones, the Ebb & Gro fits the bill!

It is a simple system that uses 2 pumps and gravity to flood and drain the planters about 3 or 4 times per day.

Shipping can be combined if possible within 5 days of your 1st purchase, just contact us to let us know of your intentions after your first purchase. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri by UPS or USPS at our discretion depending on the weight and size restrictions and includes tracking. Additional Insurance can be purchased if requested before payment is made.  At times, depending on the size of the package and the State you live, on a rare occasion we may have it shipped from one of our warehouses across the United States to get it to you faster!

The package will have our Business name "Broponics" in small letters on the shipping label.

 All items are new and boxed unless otherwise stated in the description. 

Returns on items that have NOT been opened or used must be returned to broponics within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging as used to ship it to you. There is a 20% restocking fee based on your purchase price, so make sure you want the item before your purchase due to the time to process returns. Refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping is not refundable.

If you are returning a product for warranty repair, you are responsible for all shipping and tracking cost to us. All returned products MUST be authorized by Broponics, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number before you ship the returned item. Once your product reaches us, we will either repair the product or issue you a new item at our technicians recommendations, usual turn around is 10-17 days after we receive the item to get the item back to you. If you have any questions, we'll be glad to help and we'll make it as easy as possible for you.

Problems, mixups or concerns happen, if you allow us to address the problem, you will find our customer service is friendly and here to help your needs!

If a problem occurs which sometimes it happens, contact us so we can correct the problem. If you decide to leave a Neutral or Negative feedback before you contact us to let us know there is a problem with your order, you will be blocked from any future purchases at Broponics.
