I found one reference to an Ella Ely ( 1868-1937 ) from Pennsylvania but I don\'t know if she is the creator of this nice etching. The name of the Chinese city is hard to read ( It starts with a \"W\" ). I searched but couldn\'t find a match.One positive point is the high quality of the drawing and a very good impression of the print. It\'s 6 3/8 x 9 on thin, wove paper 8 1/4 x 11 1/8. Condition is excellent.
