You are offerding on the pictured 28 hp 2 stroke Evinrude ss outboard boat motor that is complete. I listed it for parts since I have not ran it myself. The motor turns over freely and goes into every gear properly. The prop looks great and no welds or breaks anywhere on this outboard. Pull start works fine and motor has a lot of compression. No paperwork comes with. Look at all pics before offerding. Previous owner said it ran last Spring. Will ship or store for up to 1 year after immediate payment.
