How it works:

In the checkout process, in thefield add message to seller (or after you checkout use the contact sellerfeature) with the following:

Your iPhones\' IMEI 15 digit Number without any spaces
Get the IMEI from your iPhoneusing:
a. Settings>General>About
b. press *#06# on your phone keypad thensend
(make sure to review the number before you sendit. If you sent a wrong number and it was processed, I\'ll not be able to issuea refund for that)(Carrier: only AT&T USA)Again, NOREFUND IF YOU SEND A WRONG IMEI Number

When the Unlock is done, you will receive a notice fromus
and hence you will need to follow thefollowing procedure:

Unlock Instructions:
Once you receive our response email (indicating thatyour iPhone is unlocked,) you need to do the following:
1. Connect phone toiTunes with non-AT&T (not valid) sim card
2. Wait until itunes detect phone
3. Now disconnect phone and reconnect after 10seconds.
4. Phone Unlocked.That wasthe fastest and easiest way but might not work with some phones. Youcan also try one of these methods:A- Simplest way:
1- Connect youriPhone to a Computer with internet connection and the most recent version ofiTunes.
2- Backup and restore your iPhone.
3- After Restoring, the iPhone will be UNLOCKED!B- Simple Way:
- Justinsert the Non-AT&T card into your phone Then reset the network settingsand the phone will restart. Turn off the phone one more time and turn it onagain and it will pick up the new carrier signal. After this your phone willwork fine but you will need to connect it anytime latter to iTunes to get thecomplete updates to the unlock (You can do this also after regular data backupusing iTunes and restore)C- Regular Way:
1- Connect your iPhone to a Computer with internet connection and the mostrecent version of iTunes.
2- Backup and restore your iPhone then insert the Non-AT&T SIM card..
3- It should automaticallydetect the new network. If it does not please go to Settings > General >Reset > Reset Network settings. It will take about 30 seconds. It might NOTshow on Itunes that the phone is unlocked. You will see the phone Searching forsignal. The phone might try to activate so make sure it is connected to a WiFiand wait until the searching process ends, if it did not pick the signal yet,turn off the phone then turn it on again. If it does not, please do aRestore and restart the phone.After Restoring, the iPhone will be UNLOCKED!
4- After Restoring, the iPhone will be permanently UNLOCKED!Please, contact me if you haveany issue finalizing your unlock using the iTunes. Most of the times, customersdo not do the right procedure in iTunes and they think that their iPhone didnot unlock.- You might need to contact yourservice provider to get the right network information for the MMS.

- Just in case, if your phone can not be unlocked, we will inform youand will issue a full refund. There is a possibility the phone cannot be unlocked, which isbeyond our control. If that happens you will be refunded, please do not leavenegative response.
