These two pieces are quite uncommon from what I have found - and haven\'t found. First is a metal helmet badge for the Vichy Groupes Mobiles de Reserve (GMR) French Anti Partisan Troops. It is a good condition. Paint has chipped and aged, the colors are not as vibrant (should be blue, white, red). Most notably the white field has yellowed. The upper prong on the reverse has broken. Well marked by manufacturer on the reverse.
Second is a single collar tab for the GMR - dark blue wool with bullion detail. Edges are fraying from storage, but otherwise displays very nicely.
I was only able to find a few of the helmet badges for sale and none of the collar tabs, so I am unsure of their rarity or value.
