Look no more! This Expansion Chamber exhaust & Muffler combo is what you NEED for more power on your motorized bicycle! It is designed to run best on a 66/80cc engine, but it will still add a lot of power to a 48/49cc engine.I\'m not going to get into how these pipes work, but they do. They don\'t only look cool & give your bike a more throaty sound, but they dramatically increase your low & mid-range power while still giving a bit of a boost at the top end. These are designed for motorized bicycle 2-stroke engines, and the header length & expansion chamber size has been developed over much testing. Most other \"expansion chambers\" sold here & elsewhere are a joke. They don\'t have a long enough header (pipe before the flare-out) and the chamber is way too big for these engines. This is what works, and this is what I ride!CHECK OUT THE LAST PIC - THATS MY BIKE WITH ONE OF THESE ON IT!Please note, these will fit standard exhaust studs on 48/49cc & 66/80cc 2-stroke bicycle engines. You WILL have to bend the pipe\'s header to fit your particular bike. That means that you better have a vice & a torch to bend it. -OR- you could take it to a muffler shop with your bike & pay to have it done. I did that once a while ago, and it was only about $10.ALSO - the picture in this listing of the pipe on my bicycle is just taken for reference of what it can look like if bent that way. The exhaust wrap is not included in this purchase. HOWEVER - I DO STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU WRAP IT IN EXHAUST WRAP because it does get very hot, and it WILL BURN YOU if you do not.I take no responsibilities for burns that result from either wrapped or unwrapped pipes. Your purchase of this product is a binding contract that you accept this condition.
***please note*** exhaust pipe may have a small ding or 2 or be scratched slightly. The dings (if any) do not affect it\'s performance. The scratches are not really a problem because you will need to heat it up with a torch to bend it, and then wrap it in exhaust wrap (like I told you to do) so you don\'t burn yourself.
