Up for sale is a Fender Jazz which is a combination of vintage and new parts I put together. The body & neck are from 1974. The original owner routed the body for who knows what. It\'s not visible with the pick guard in place. There are also some extra holes in the body that are still visible. There is obvious wear on the body & neck - they are over 40 years old - but they make for a great naturally reliced instrument. The neck is in good shape, truss rod is fully functional & the binding is intact. All other parts, electronics, hardware, pick guard & pick up covers are far more recent. The pickups are DiMarzio DP 149\'s from the late \'90\'s. The hardware is all recent- meaning they are not as old as the wood. The bass is strung with D\'Addario half wounds & has Dunlop strap locks.
