The mesmerizing flame can beviewed without the heat setting, so theIvory can be enjoyed on coolsummer evenings, as well as cold winter nights. The Ivory flames have 5settings, from a subtle ember glow, to a full fire setting. You can set theflame intensity based on your mood or lighting in the room. All of the flamesetting can be controlled by the included remote.

HeatSetting

The Ivory has two heat settings, andis designed to heat a room up to 400 sq. ft. The heating element warms upquickly, and when used with your home\'s primary heating source you\'ll findyou\'ll be able to raise your room temperature to get a real cozy setting. Theheat setting is controllable from the side of the unit or from the remote control.You can also put the heat on the built in timer setting, where the Ivory willshut off in anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours.

Mountingand Use

Mounting your Ivory is easy, and inmost cases, requires just one person for the job. All the instructions are included,and they are easy to follow. The Ivory comes with three drywall screws. We dorecommend placement high enough on the wall to hide the mounting hardware, yetlow enough so you can use the heating function far enough away from yourceiling. We normally recommend placement of the Ivory at least 20 inches belowyour ceiling. In some instances customers have placed the Ivory under a wallmounted, flat screen television. This can create a nice look, but this willlimit your heater use, so avoid mounting directly under a flat screentelevision.
