OUTSTANDING HIGH END AUDIO PERFORMANCE
This excellent top-of-the-line Stereo Tuner in outstanding condition. There are no dents or damage. The unit was recently serviced. It was completely cleaned and carefully aligned. There are very slight signs of age and use on the black metal cabinet, but those minor imperfections are barely visible. The front panel is nearly perfect. All of the lamps work properly. There are no \"scratchy\" noises or \"pops\" when the controls are used. The unit works as perfectly as the day it was new.

This great radio tuner was designed specifically to compete against the extremely expensive (...and unanimously respected) McIntosh MR-78 FM tuner. Fisher engineered the superior \"Studio Standard\" series of top-of-the-line separate components as the ultimate flagship of the company. Like the venerable MR-78, this tuner has connections on the rear panel to allow direct connection to a dual trace oscilloscope or to a Maximum Performance Indicator. The tuner has outstanding sensitivity and it sounds fantastic!
All electrical contacts, switches and controls were thoroughly cleaned with Caig DeoxIT D5. The interior of the unit was very clean, with so signs of deterioration. All switches and controls function exactly the way that they were originally designed to work. A copy of the Fisher FM-2400 Service / Technical Manual is included with the unit.
