Victory\'s BCRL-145 with working width of 57 "
Victory’s BCRL Verge Flail Mowers are specifically designed to connect to your small to midsized tractors from 15HP to 45HP with a CAT I 3.point Hitch.
This Embankment Mower has a hydraulic swivel arm for maximum flexibility and a mowing range angle from -60 degrees to plus 90 degrees.
The Victory BCRL flail mower series is equipped with our most professional transmission transferring the PTO shaft 540RPM into 2,500RPM for the mower, producing a very high degree of working efficiency.
The hydraulic swivel arm not only allows mowing in almost any position, but it also saves maneuvering in narrow corners when you use the BCRL as regular flail mower. Your tractor needs 4 hydraulic control circuits in order to fully operate the swivel arm.
Victory using 20 to 28 large high performance hammer knifes (depending on working width) - each with a weight of 400gr - that ensure a perfect mowing result on grass, undergrowth and bushes. The heavy self- cleaning rear roller prevents the mower from cutting into the ground on bumpy surface.
The free-wheel transmission lets the knife shaft turn, once the PTO is switched off, so that its movement will not be transferred to the tractor. The mower´s front is equipped with safety flaps to prevent debris and stones being thrown out of the machine.
All BCRL-mowers have easily accessible grease nipples for easy service and adjustable skids and support legs for storage. The 60" PTO shaft is part of the accessory for all BCRL-flail mowers. The short and easy service plan in the user manual helps you on maintenance and service.
The near completely assembled machine is delivered inside a wooden crate. Just the 3-point hitch, the hydraulic swivel arm and the PTO shaft protector have to be assembled, taking you less than 2hours. The user manual offers an assembly guide with pictures to assist you.
Like all other Victory mowers, the BCRL series has an electronically balanced knife shaft which is driven by 4 belts (the 125 model only needs 3 belts). Despite the high knife weight of 400gr each and the high number of knifes our belt system guarantees an almost 100% power transfer rate without belt problems. The heavy free-wheel gear box runs in an oil bath, so the transmission oil has to be filled in before you first use the machine.
Underneath the massive 4mm steel housing sits the laser balanced knife shaft with 20 to 28 high performance hammer shaped knifes, each with a weight of 400gr. The knives are made of hardened steel and can be individually exchanged and reground. Powered by the PTO shaft, the knife shaft turns at 2500RPM and cuts the material down to a minimum, so to easily decompose. The heavy roller in the back of the mower guarantees smooth performance even on rough grounds.
The Victory BCRL-embankment flail mowers complies with all safety regulations and is CE tested following the 2006/42/EC machine directive and the standards EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN ISO 4254-12:2012.
