All of our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service. You have a choice of First Class or Priority Mail. We ship from Crossville, TN, so First Class with take approximately 4-6 days depending on where you live. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days but it is not a guaranteed arrival estimate.
Please understand that once your item leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. We can track your shipment for you and give you a status update.
If this is an international shipment, please be patient. It can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive at your destination. Especially if it is held up by customs. Do not ask us to list your purchase as a \"gift.\" We will not falsify customs paperwork. Customs may add additional charges to your order. If you want to know ahead of time, check with your local customs office.
RETURNSWhen you receive your order, if for any reason you are unhappy with it, you may return it. Item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. You will pay return shipping and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
