Return Policy
- Copper Casa Cruz does accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (call tag or label may be issued at customer expense) and a 10% restock fee applies.
- Please contact us for any returns to receive an RMA number and complete return instructions.
- Returns will only be accepted in original packaging, product must be unused and in new condition. Please do not discard original packaging because items will have to be shipped back with the original packaging and protection.
- Please check all items upon arrival for damage or missing items. Failure to do so will void seller responsibility to replace missing or damaged items.
- Any products that are damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt so that a claim can be filed and a replacement shipped.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Buyer is responsible for all broker and custom charges for Canadian Shipments.
Any Canada customers who are purchasing and shipping to a US address or parcel pick up location please check the package and all contents to insure there is no damage before bringing it across the border.
