Will need battery, starts with a jump

Hydralics stutter, blew out line on manafold while useing, replaced fitting. Runs at low RPM\'s but stutters, under heavy use or higher RPM\'s will blow line. Been told it is the pressure release valve. Replaced fluid and filter, no change. Converter needs a few minutes to warm up once warm drives fine. Nice older machine, bought for projects around house. Projects are done.
