Here up for sale is a material slitter for cutting strips of cloth for rug hooking and rug braiding I believe, it is made by Harry M. Fraser on March 30, 1967 and it has 4 cutting wheels two #4 (for cutting 1/8\"strips)one #3(3/32\" strips) and a #1 single bladed cutter that is for wider strips I believe. It mounts on any table or work bench. In picture #3 it shows that there is a thumb screw missing and I will try to find one this week when in town I\'m sure it won\'t be a problem finding one. A very clean slitter that is in great working order.
