GE 558 Super base cb radio. I get lights but NO SOUND ? I do NOT KNOW if this will be easy to repair or not...Itried to hit switches and press buttons, but did not hear a single static sound...I dont know whySELLS AS ISIts heavy but if I can package it right i may be able to refund some on shipping, I will do my best

We decided to ad a few more pictures. Was suprised to find over 40 people watching this after just a day or so. We almost just tossed it.I tried once again to get sound out of this. As the photos show it lights up well, and I can hear a soft hummm. When we go from LSB or USB to AM, it makes a sound likeits starting to just come in...but nothing. The sound is VERY fast and not loud, I dont kow if this info is of any use or not.If someone out there knows how this model works, please send a message that I can post for all.sincerely Lilli :) 3/15/11
