It is in new/un-used condition and has proven to be excellent for germination, seedling starts, vegetative growth,and budding. It is nice and sturdy,with hand milled, preassembled panels framed in with premium grade, kiln dried hemlock fir, it is made to provide many seasons of horticultural use.

Dimensions of about 20x20x38 with light weight casters included for ease of movement, lined with highly reflective white insulated foam that still has it's protective film over it for shipping. Just peel it back to reveal the reflective surface. The 12 volt exhaust fan is also included and maintains a constant temperature in the upper seventies/lower eighties and provides good air circulation. It operates very quietly. It may have a few very minor blemishes and imperfections usually hidden when assembled. Finish trim is rough cut fir for a rustic look and MDF panels are covered with white vinyl.

The cabinet performs like a champ for all light loving plants and is inexpensive to operate. It has more room and is stealthier than a Phototron, has a flat floor (phototrons do not),you are not tied into extra products like nutrients, lamps and "Special Labratory Grade" spagnum moss at inflated prices, no sending in samples, no being on someone's data base andit produces truly outstanding results. Multiple interior electrical outlets provide a wide variety of possible lighting and plumbing scenarios. The cabinet will fit through most doorways, takes up very little space, and you could easilyplumb itfor Hydroponics CO2 or carbon filters if you wished. It fits well into garages, under bench and counter tops, shops, basements, closets, dorm rooms and living spaces without looking too out of place and has very little light leakage.
