Here is what I believe to be a mid 1950\'s General Electric ( GE ) wall mount oven. It came in a house I bought several years ago, the house was built in 1958 and it\'s believed to be the originally installed oven in the house. It is in very good cosmetic condition for the age. When I bought the house the power was turned off so I had no way of testing prior to being removed. I was told by the family of the original owner of the house it was in working condition but this is not verified. Since I have not verified this I would like to sell it as a piece of art even though I\'m expecting it to work. This is a perfect oven for a retro kitchen or show piece. I will ship this to you via a freight company even if it is listed as local pick up only. I will also help in arranging shipping. There is no better color if you are looking for a retro oven. With so many people asking question about the date of manufacturing and the model#, I\'ve done a little more looking into and it looks like this oven was built in April 1958. This would make sense being the house was actually built in 1958. Originally I had the listing saying 1956 but this has been corrected. As for the model#, I\'m not 100% on it so please look at the picture of the ID tag and maybe you can identify it. If you do identify a model# please let me know so I can pass it along. I also had numerous people ask about the interior light so I added a picture of the light along with a couple more interior pictures.
