Regarding 48v cart\'s \"OBC\"s (on board charge controllers). If your cart has an on board charge controller, some will only charge in tow mode or you may have to modify some wiring in order to use this charger as the original chargers work in combination with the OBC (obc disconnects the charger from the batteries) We have had a couple of returns over the years that claimed our charger was bad, but when tested, the charger was good so the problem must be in the cart itself. You can also connect the supplied ring terminals directly to the batteries up to 24 volts with this charger (going directly to the batteries) and it should work. There are many blogs on this issue. Please do your research.
