Gravely 16 G Professional with 40 inch front mounted mower, includes all adapters and shafts to operate the mower. Most of you already know this, but for those that do not. With the front adapter you can operate many other two wheel gravely attachments, such as the rotary plow, rotary 30 inch brush hog etc... I believe the mower is older than the tractor as I do not think this style 40 inch was made in the 90\'s. Two new Carlise front tires put on last week. The original tires sat flat for years and cracked badly so I replaced them. The tractor hour meter reads 353 hours and it is working. Seat is cracked/torn. Battery age unknown off hand but cranks it up fine. I removed the tin on the side left side of the motor to free up the starter and in doing so, two of the small 1/4 inch bolts broke off that hold the tin on the top of the cylinder head, I will try to drill and easy out these prior to pickup but no guarantee I will get that done. The forward/reverse clutches are good. The forward clutch I replaced with one I had on hand, the original clutch lining rivets had came loose was reason I replaced it. If you take a look at the picture of the foot pedal it shows little wear on the anti slip tread. I mention this as a sign that the hours are actual. However I have seen better paint cosmetics on low hour machines, but this one seen some time outside and or stored in an open shed. The mower is decent but paint is flaking off. The tractor has electric/hydraulic lift which would put this machine between a 1995 too 1999. As most of you know these were actually an 18 Hp Twin Kohler but badged as a 16. Note: I may use this for a few hours so expect the hour meter to read more when you pick it up. The tractor has not been cleaned up but it will be cleaned and waxed, greasedengine oil changed and transmission level checked and topped off. If this does not check out to your satisfaction upon pickup you may cancel the deal with no hard feelings.

Note: Most folks do not consider checking/asking about gear box oil in the mower drive, often times they leak and are low and or dry, but not this one. The gear lube in the gear box is right at the level it is suppose to be (this has sat for years along with the tractor). I plan to use this and give it a good work out and will check again. Greased all fittings on the tractor/mower, check trans. level and changed engine oil. This has the optional adjustable seat with small area under the seat for tools. Also worth noting, the latches on each side of the frame where a belly mower would mount has never been used. In other words this has never had a belly mower mounted on it. Also take a look at other tractors, and I have this priced low compared to others.

LATE NOTE: As stated I\'am using this mower and in doing so I broke a belt. I have ordered two new belts which will be included. After using this on 3 acres, checked gear box lube and it is good.
