Renown hot rod graphic artist and custom car & motorcycle builder, Hot Rod Walt from Atlanta, Georgia “hand” pin striped a limited number of Gretsch Electromatic® Hollow Body guitars. Each one unique & numbered by the artist feature a SECURED Adjust-o-matic™ bridge, hard shell flat top case & autographed artist photo with corresponding graphic design number noted. The G5422TDCG is a full hollow body arch top with a floating bridge design and parallel bar bracing with a sound post. The sound post adds stability to the structure and increases sustain while allowing the guitar to retain the essential hollow body sound. The neck angle is just right allowing the guitar to be set up with perfect action all along its 22 frets. The new \"Black Top\" Filter’Tron pickups are excellent with full bodied tone and a warm vintage character. The bridge pickup is bright and just a bit \"twangy\" with a well defined mid range and responds very well some overdrive. We do not note esthetic issues if they are minor such as pick marks or not thru the finish rubs and scratches on back so please email questions before you buy, Our replies are frank.
