Picked up this rod from my local fly shop on a whim but its clear I\'m not going to have a chance to use it anytime soon... As new--the rod still has the plastic and barcode on the cork grip--only taken out of the tube for pictures and to verify there is no damage of any sort. Dog not included (he can\'t figure out why it doesn\'t have a trout smell!). Never had a reel mounted or cast so I can\'t tell you how it compares to other spey rods other than it came recommended by a friend (and I\'m not much of a 2-handed caster anyway). 13\' Spey rod in four piece and case ready to travel to take on Salmon or Steelhead.
