Theall stainless constructionis flawless and has the look ofchrome.The tilt mechanism is smooth and extremely well balanced. The jacket water iscrystal clear and thegauge holds a solid -20 when not inuse. Using 100,000 BTUs the kettle heats up quick and the thermostat works perfectly. There are no circuit boards (unlike Cleveland kettles) that may pop and smoke, leaving you unable to produce.
The kettle is set up for propane and converting it to natural gas is cost prohibitive. The conversion kit replaces everything and the cost is right at 2000.
