I tested it by plugging it in and noticed the two of the plastic activators that the cups push up are missing. I moved the one that was on the left to each head to verify the 3 speeds. The Head on the right works on all 3 speeds, the head in the center also works on all 3 speeds, the head on the left works on medium and high but not on the lowest speed. No further testing was done with the product. Unit sold as is beyond what is stated above. Similar units sell new for over $1000!!
